Elm Farm

Elm Farm is a beautiful, modern, detached home situated in Hardwicke Gloucester.

It offers the tenants ample space, boasting 5 bedrooms plus an Annex with its own living area and kitchen.

The properties previous owners had lived there since it was built in the early 2000’s and although it had been very looked after by them, the whole house needed modernising. We also took the oversized family bathroom, split it into 2 to form a smaller family bathroom and new ensuite for one of the bedrooms.

It took our build team just 3 months to turn this project around and we were able to add £100k in value to it through renovation.
